My little inspiration :)

This beautiful incident happened on my last trip to Baroda, Gujarat. Two little boys who were both ardent fans of the show CID Files wanted to meet me. Unfortunately, the day when I was there, they were in school and we couldn’t meet up.

Imagine my surprise when I receive a dossier with the cutest stuff inside from the two boys. There were hand made cards inside and letters from the two kids :) And they were really creative and thoughtful, specially for kids of their age! One of them, Aryan, refuses to call me Manav and addresses me as Daksh (my character from CID) and has sent me a couple of paper pistols, a laptop and a flip phone. Thanks Aryan, these are exactly what I wanted for New Year :)

And this time, my new year resolution is inspired by these little guys! A child’s conviction can be so firm that he was actually giving his favourite CID Inspector a laptop and a phone. Sometime little knowledge can give you more conviction than a knowledgable and reasoned out though process. So this year I am I am going to put more emphasis on action and less on contemplation.

 

It’s a wonder what a child can teach you sometimes! :)
